Renewal terms are generally sent via email or post six to eight weeks prior to the due date. If payment is not received 14 days prior to the due date our system automatically releases a duplicate copy.According to our records renewal terms were provided 04/12/2020 and again 30/12/2022.Happy to discuss further.RegardsVictoria

On renewal multiple rating factors are taken into consideration. Some examples include, the individual characteristics of a plan, claims history and claims in the area. The increase in catastrophes nationally have also impacted our reinsurance costs.
An option to reduce the premium is to apply a higher excess. The higher the excess the lower the premium. We can discuss further via 1300 289 248 or by emailing sales@chu.com.au marked to my attention.
