This is quite disappointing to read as customer service is very important to CHU.
So that I can review as a possible training opportunity or process improvement, could you please advise what did or perhaps didn't occur.

I found the coverage in the policy very good and the cost pleaseing.
Have been dealing with CHU since 2007, since moving into my current address and have never had any adverse dealings.

Thank you for for taking the time to provide your feedback.
Renewals are generally sent six to eight weeks prior to the due date. If payment is not received 14 days prior to the due date the system will automatically send a reminder. For privacy reasons I'll email you directly.
