Thank you for your comments. At the time of ordering, the option of either a straight or slanted ladder was available. Unfortunately, we are not able to supply ladder only parts as an after sales service. We would like to advise that both the straight and slanted ladder versions comply with safety regulations. Sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
Delivery was later than expected but drivers phoned to advise so was made aware of delay.
