Customer service and delivery was first class. I accidentally ordered the wrong item but changing the order was quick and simple via customer services. A really great experience.

Great service when 2 items were defective. Received replacements within a few of days. Other than the defective items the beds are really good.

Instructions not clear resulted in damage to the bed, replacement was ridiculously expensive for one part, extremely disappointed child and parent
