Thanks for the reply. We did email you at 19:00 the day of transfer, as driver couldn't locate you at 18:45 they advised they waited until 18:55 then had to go. I personally tried to contact your number but there was no connection. Our ground ops contacted me at 18:50 to advise, I also asked our ground ops if they had a miss call from you but they advised not which we all found strange.. I know you will probably contradict our comments but I was on duty that evening and was in contact with our ground ops all the time with this.
