Thank you for your review and I am very sorry that the seat arrived damaged. We did dispatch a new seat for delivery on a next day service it was just that when we were made aware of this the couriers had already been in that day to collect. Please accept my apologies. Jamie Welch

Good pricing and excellent customer service. The product delivery system could be better. No delivery day or time was given. As I work from home, it was bit "hit and miss".
