Thank you for your review regarding the end caps. As discussed on the telephone our supplier had had an issue with this as the incorrect caps had been supplied to them but they were unaware of this until you made contact. Thank you for your review. I am sad to see you ordered a chair that we do not advise has lumber support as this is a simple mesh backed model with no lumber support fitted as detailed. I do understand after our telecom that this was your budget and that you did not want to pay the extra for the lumber support. Jamie Welch
