Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear your comments. The products that were ordered were from different suppliers hence why the delivery times were not all at the same time and this was explained at the point of order. The cupboard is supplied without shelves and these need to be ordered separately hence why it then took a while to supply. With regards to the colours the walnut is only produced in one colour and can only put this down to monitor inconsistency as when we have supplied a sample of the woodgrain it is what has been supplied.

I am sorry you feel this way and we have offered to collect and a full refund but understand that you are going to keep the order.
