Hello
I can confirm that the information that you were provided when you contacted us is correct. To clarify though, the cooling fan will stay on at the end of cooking and will stay on until a safe surface temperature has been reached. The time will vary dependent on the cooking temperature and times the oven has been in use. Fur further explanation on this please see page 6 of the user manual.
