Needed to check with them that my insurance had been renewed as my renewal date had passed and I had never received any confirmation or renewal notice.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the review. I am sorry that you have not received the renewal communication, as we believe Hotmail had an issue which has been resolved. I have switched the auto renewal function off though just to check in with you next year and make sure you have received in advance of renewing.
Very helpful and pragmatic. Had one issue that was sorted quickly.

Renew notice didn't come for second year running, orherwise service was good.
