Good things: often the cheapest around with a re-jigged catalog fromthe big supplier. Graded items described too optimistically; would not buy again Often online orders get put through manually...

I paid £180 for a toaster that didn't work after 13 months and they said there's nothing they can do. Total garbage would of been better buying a £30 one from sainsaburys
