Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for your recent purchase. I am really sorry to hear that you are having problems with the compatible cartridge off your last order. Quality and reliability are extremely important to us, so it is really disappointing to hear that you have been let down by one of our products. Our own brand compatible cartridges should perform to the same standard as the original cartridges so I can only presume the cartridge you received has a chip error of some sort. As with all of our own brand cartridges we offer a 2 year guarantee that covers all aspects of quality and performance. We will always do anything we can to help so I would be more than happy to raise a return for the cartridge. I can send you a new cartridge out today or alternatively we can get this refunded in full. Again I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
