Very pleased with my purchase… excellent fridge-freezer, works beautifully

Booklet too complicated

The oven was very easy to install, looks good and works very efficiently. The staff at Carters were very friendly and helpful.

It’s obviously not a cheap machine but washing results are excellent. It has lots of programme choice and is also very quiet compared to my old machine, which was also a Miele.

Great at picking up dust dirt and hair. As it was designed to do so. Brought up a very old rug to looking like new. Unlike other brands. It feels strong and yhe tools are not going to break easy. ...

The best induction hob I’ve had. Quiet, easy to use. Amazing control. Helpful functions like fast boil and keep warm. Easy to clean. Flexi section great for skillet, making gravy in roasting pan....

Efficient dishwasher. Flexible programming. Reasonably quiet.

Amazing piece of kit. Acts as compact fan oven, grill, microwave, warming oven, slow cooker. Fast, reliable temperature. No need for a thermometer anymore.

Good extraction. Touch screen so easy to clean. Reasonably quiet on lower levels. Lights up hob sufficiently.
