it was tedious at times , i would recomend your service to any body whow needs the same service
it was the only way i was able to get the morgage i required.
it took afair old time to sort out but we got there in the end.
Luke was very patiant and kept me in the loop at all times

Not the best experience.
Their document management is poor resulting in repeatedly asking for documents they already had. Also service was slow due to high levels of work pre "buy to let" stamp duty changes but this...

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry you feel dissatisfied with the service received. This is not a common experience and is not reflective of our usual service, given other reviews.
The stamp duty changes did as you state result in higher levels of work but at no stage were any clients“pushed to the back of the queue”. I do however acknowledge we could have been more pro-active in keeping you informed at the time.
With regards to document requests, lenders can be quite specific with regards to document validity periods and there are instances when documents become out of date/unacceptable. Requests for more recent documents can we appreciate feel like you’re being asked for them again and we regret this, if we were unclear.
We appreciate we have not met your expectations and take on board your comments in order to improve our service even further in the future.

The requests for duplicate documentation had nothing to do with the lender or out of date documents. It was categorically your back office.
