Thanks for sharing this with us. It is disappointing feedback and we will work harder next time. We note that you were placed on a Capital Fortune pensioner exclusive with a very small building society and the product we obtained for you is not available in the open market to any other broker or any customer going direct. We absolutely try to do our best for people but we appreciate, we seem to have failed on this occasion.
