Why do you feel the need to leave 1 * feedback?
Also can I ask why you did not keep the appointment booked for Monday 28 th with German Vehicle Care(a date that you wanted as you were not available for several weeks due to travel commitments)
A telephone conversation could have resolved a booking problem.
