The item has a fairly long lead time and in this instance, it also took some time to reach the supplier’s minimum order threshold, which impacted delivery times. Thank you for your honest feedback. We do apologise for the issues you had with this order. We have investigated, and have found that the parcel should have been sent via UPS, but was mis-sorted in our warehouse, and sent via Royal Mail in error. We will review the process to ensure this doesn't happen again, and will issue a refund to cover the extra charge incurred and inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Christine.
