As discussed with our travel consultants, we were disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your experience as all hotels provided for your trip were our first choice and as such the very best on every town. We also provided luggage transfers that worked without fail, along with half board meals. It is true that one can complete the trip at a lower cost without a company such as ours organising the trip, however we do believe we charge a fair price for what is provided and the work involved.
