Outstanding service. Always as the end of the phone when needed and went out their way to help additional guests walking on the trip at different times and locations.

The whole experience from booking to our travel was very positive. We customised the itinerary & this was done - no problem. Some of the route notes could be a little confusing but overall quite good.
