Booking over the phone is easy. The person whom you speak to is aways polite and informative making it easy to to make our choice of holiday.

On the whole it was simple but my email address was linked to my previous address and wouldn’t let me book but we sorted that. My payment was declined as I put the numbers as it appears on my card...

Easy to book in travel shop staff friendly much prefer face to face booking than having to book online
