Thank you for your feedback which is very helpful. When we started filming the tutorials we edited far more out, but the general feedback was that most preferred to have the cake made almost in a real time situation. However, to help the more experienced designers who only need to see snippets to work out how to make the cake we have added a Highlights video at the very end of each course.
It´s around 10-15 mins edited summary covering the key skills and techniques used and allows the viewer to drop in to the specific lesson if they would like to see the full cut. Hope this helps :-)
