Main problem is moving about the site - it is still "clunky" and this can be irritating in a busy world. I'm sure this could be resolved with the right IT investment.

Valentina is a super artist and we hope to see her back at the studio soon.
Its very helpful especially for beginners like me. Before PBSS, i didn't have the confidence to work with fondant. After enrolling with PBSS, I can't stop working with fondants. Watching tutorials...

That´s great to hear and it still amazes us that what we produce in our little studio can help far and wide :-)
I love watching Paul doing all the cakes, and the fact that he shows his mistakes and dose'nt not show them which makes me feel a lot better knowing that even the best makes mistakes.

We felt at an early stage that viewers would learn more by how he recovers from mistakes would be worth more rather than trying to show him as perfect all the time. It´s a bit more fun too :-)
After I purchased the hanging bag and the Oktoberfest barrel. I think it was a couple of days and the we're both half price! That was a kick in the guts 😞
