Thank you. We didn´t realise we had some many bloopers until Greg, our cameraman, put them together. We really do have fun making them :-)
Sadly with limited time to watch videos online I wasn't happy that Paul hadn't tried out/ prepared pieces before filming also as a hobby baker I couldn't afford to use so many expensive cake boards...

Sorry to hear that you´re leaving us. We took feedback from our members and most preferred the full ´in the kitchen experience´ but some had said that they only had limited time to watch the courses.
Since January 2016 we introduced our Highlights video which condenses the whole course into a 10-15 minute lesson. This is perfect for those who only wanted to see the new skills and techniques and the bringing of the design together.
Hope this is of use and that you´ll give us another chance.
Sorry about that. We had an issue recently where anyone whose payment card expired during the period of their membership resulted in their accounts being suspended.
We have worked with Paypal on a solution so anyone now whose card has expired will be given an option to update their billing details.
Hope you´ll consider coming back, Email me at david@designer-cakes.com to get the rate that you were paying at the time your Premium membership came to an end.
