I only wish I had more time to view more tutorials. Have really enjoyed tutorials and have used a few of the techniques learned for my own cakes.

We have highlights lessons on each course since the start of the year which allows members to view the whole tutorial in 10-15 mins. Only the key and new learning skills and techniques are shown so for more experienced designers it gives them what they want without having to watch the whole course :-)

Paul and David are a great team. Paul's decorating skills are sublime and his post are so enjoyable and I love the way he doesn't take himself too seriously.

I've only watched their free videos, or times when they are free. Some are quite slow moving with their work, acting as if they are not sure what they are doing themselves...I want someone to teach...

We look to try and strike the balance between the thought processes that go on when making a cake for the first time and providing a polished, edited performance. Our members voted to go down the route of the real time kitchen experience which we know is not everyone´s preferred option. Apologies for the sound in some of our older videos, but for the past 3 years we´ve had the professionals doing the filming and hopefully the quality has improved in all areas :-)
