Sorry to hear this, it seems you did not research the product thoroughly despite their being a plethora of information online. At depth when recording if you are closer to the bottom you will see good detail. If you refer to the FishSpy facebook page and YouTube channel there are plenty of examples of footage from customers showing all types of water clarity, and at different times of year in various depths of water. Conditions obviously vary from lake to lake on a day-to-day basis, so it is disappointing that you did not stick it out with your FishSpy camera. We wish you all the best.

That is a shame to hear. We tested your returned FishSpy and found it was working perfectly , and connected to several Apple devices with no issues at all. It seems a bit harsh to rate the product as negative when the issue was not the product.
