Found the service to be efficient. Although, I would suggest that the staff slow down in their speech as they are rather fast talking. I understand that they are busy and need to get their numbers up...

No direct experience
This is a bit odd the only contact with Businesscomparison was an acknolagement email. I was contacted later by Thinkbusiness who were extremely helpful.
