We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your order. We sent you a photo of your gift to you on 02/08/2024 at 17:52 as requested and your message was put into your gift for you so we are not sure why this wasn't received. The photo looks as expected and the teether toy was also upgraded for you to a more expensive product that looked lovely in the hamper.
