Your order was dispatched to the address provided at checkout, and you would have received a confirmation email with a message inviting you to get in touch if anything seemed incorrect. You also will have received notifications from Royal Mail regarding your delivery. For your reference we have sent you a screenshot of the order page. Please note that we can only process and ship to the address provided at the time of the order. Given the variety of payment methods and pre-filled information on phones and laptops these days, we recommend customers double-check that their address details haven’t defaulted to a remembered address at the time of placing an order. It’s possible that this might have been the case with your order, and we’re sorry that it was sent to the incorrect address. We would have had no way of knowing that you intended for the order to be delivered to a different address, and I’m sure you can appreciate that. After reviewing the tracking details, I can confirm that your order was dispatched within 24 hours and sent via Tracked 24 delivery. The delivery was attempted the following day, but unfortunately, there was no one available to receive the parcel. It was subsequently delivered at a later time.
