Happy with service, they even paid out on something I missed in claim form.
The whole process took too long. I think if I had not chased up the claim i would still be waiting.
That said the staff were very friendly, courteous and pleasant to deal with.

I would recommend this service and buy from this company on a regular basis. Quick far cheaper than Vets. All round good experience.
