As per my promise, I have sent out the documents first class today. If you do ever purchase a new policy from us in future for another business, you can click the "postal documents" button at Stage 3, if that helps.
Hopefully the documents will be with you within the next 2 days, but if you have any other queries, please do let me know!
how can you rate a company when you have only just taken out a policy

Excellent. We had some questions which were all answered satisfactorily. We also found that we can get home contents/buildings insurance which we were unaware of.

The renewal paperwork arrived in plenty of time and already contained the liability insurance certificates which saved time having to wait for these to be posted separately once the renewal had gone...
