Yes
Very easy to set up, didn't pester me with excess calls or emails. Decent price for the cover and like how the monthly payment stills costs the same as if you paid annually.

Used Petplan more than once and always found them very good with services offered. I would highly recommend

documents not sent after payment
after nearly a month I had not received my public and employers liability documents and when I rang, they had,, apparently forgotten to send them ! I have them now. I had paid on 1st February.

Yes
I telephoned to ask a couple of questions which were answered quickly and courteously. I then proceeded to continue online to buy my insurance which was straight forward and easy.
