always helpful on the phone and easy to set up.Although i do hope i never have a sick pet to have to claim,its a lot of money to keep paying for nothing.

I found the service great I was passed on to the person I needed to speak to without any hassle. Made me feel at ease with my claim which wasn’t needed in the end!
