I have been with Pet Plan for over 15 years and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and the company easy to deal with and very quick at processing claims.

Have been using Petplan Sanctuary for about 5 years now, and never had a problem with them.
Policy payments are cheap for good cover.
Never had to make a claim yet.
