Disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction with the 1020 Fruit Original T Shirt. Fruit Of The Loom make an excellent product, however the 1020 is a promotional T shirt, its intention is for one off events. We have stated this on the product page, maybe we need to make this clearer. May I suggest the 1044 which is far superior in weight and overall quality.

Upon further investigation we can see you've already been refunded on the 15th April and replacement pairs have been dispatched 19th April.
