Unfortunately hot tub needed to be cleaned so we were unable to use for 4 days of our holiday.

This was our second holiday with Brecon Beacons Holiday Cottages. Everything was handled efficiently and with speed. Any queries we had were dealt with very well. No negative issues.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at Beacons Edge, however the property was inspected independently by Visit Wales on 17th March 2015 and awarded 4*. We do not feel that the property is outdated and has many repeat customers who look forward to coming to stay at Beacons Edge.
