The BreakFree website is a complete mystery. It was extremely difficult to make a booking, and although the staff responded to emails, it left me feeling extremely frustrated. It was a nightmare.

Our caravan might of been cleaned however if it was it was just what i call a surface clean. The main complaint was the mattress was a threequater one on a double bed. Otherwise everything ok.

Improve your website booking service because due to a glich in your system the wrong dates were made for my booking and I had to rebook and pay again(i tried to rectify this immediatly after booking,...

Yes I would recommend them and purchase from you again. I have enjoyed many holidays with you over the years , and look forward to many more .

Appalling service will never use again for the sake of fifty pound not refunded cannot be good for business
