Boxes for Moving Home คำวิจารณ์

Thanks for the feedback and sorry the courier could not deliver next day. This does occasionally happen which is why we try to encourage customers to order early and leave a little more time for delivery. Some of the parcels are over size and have to be manually sorted through their network which can cause the occasional delay.

Following our conversation on the phone a moment ago I think this may be a little undeserved! I notice you ordered the book boxes, which are the smaller boxes for your heavier items. I also notice that you placed the order on a Saturday and received delivery the following Tuesday. Pretty good I'd say! Anyway I'm sorry to hear your move didn't go to plan but I bid you good fortune moving forward.

Thanks for the feedback. It's a tricky one this, both for the courier and us. By the letter of our contract with them, the driver requires a signature. If no-one is in, though, and there isn't a neighbour available to sign for it, I'm not sure how delivery can be completed! The drivers are instructed, though, only to leave goods if they feel it's safe. Anyway I'm glad you got the moving boxes in time for your move.
