Thanks for taking the time to review. Size is always an interesting topic! After years of consulting with customers, we think we've ended up with just the right sizes; big enough and strong enough to do a job but not too big that you can't pick them up once they're full. I hope you find this to be the case. :-) Customer Services REMOVAL BOXES UK LTD

i'm sorry about that but thanks for the feedback. because our freight is categorised 'awkward', and apparently has to be manually sorted through their network, they will not provide specific time slots. very annoying but something we have to live with until we can find another courier that will take 'awkward' fright... sorry to hear that. I will arrange a refund immediately. Customer Services REMOVAL BOXES UK LTD

Thanks for taking the time to pass comment. In light of our previous review, hopefully anyone else reading this will now know we do try really hard to sort things out as soon as we can. So, if there's a problem, get in touch and trust us to sort it out, not the courier. :-) Customer Services REMOVAL BOXES UK LTD

I'm really sorry to hear you have had such a terrible experience with the courier. I will certainly follow up your complaint and make sure your voice is heard. Unfortunately, because our freight is deemed 'awkward', there are very few, if any, alternatives to Yodel. Nevertheless, there is no excuse for the driver's behaviour. Sorry again.
