Items good. Delivery slow.

The firebrick I wanted and purchased was exactly the right size and fitted perfectly. Would be gappy to use this company again for Franco Belge spares.

We ended up not being able to buy from Bowland as despite their website indicating the product was available - it wasn't and so we had to have a refund

Excellent service- went out of their way to get and send parts I needed. All but one of the parts was available and they provided timescale for delivery of last part. Prompt delivery offered.
