I replied on 29/5 and I am sorry that I made an error in thinking that I was talking about New Life! I found them to be as described in the e-mail.
Bower, on the other hand, have been excellent and Ed Foot in particular has answered all my queries very well.
I would recommend Bower to my friends but not New Life.
