We are very sorry that your vehicle was affected by the current global ongoing issues regarding microchip shortages which has affected all manufacturers. Sadly your vehicle was delayed by this, obviously, communication is key when a vehicle is delayed. We do have a CRM system that manages and records all contacts for vehicles from the point of order through to delivery. As I am sure you are aware there is a global shortage of microchips for vehicles which has led to vehicles taking longer to build for all manufacturers.
