I am sorry that you had to contact us for the service and maintenance contact number. We have a process in place for texting the information maintenance and service information direct to a driver within 24 hours after the vehicle has been delivered, once we have had confirmation from the dealership that this has successfully taken place. As discussed I believe your contact was made prior to this 24 hour period.
