would recommend
takes time, but this is not the fault of Bott & Co they helped me to claim group compensation for a school trip

Regrettable
I wish I could have changed my mind about using this solicitors I feel that I didn't get the compensation that I deserved

Our fees are outlined on our website and in our terms and conditions which allow clients to withdraw from our service within 14 days if there is anything they are not happy with. We do offer passengers template letters to pursue airlines direct rather than instruct Bott and Co. We hope this helps to clarify the points you have raised within your review.
