Great alternative to buying games! Also insane value for money when you consider how much you save not having to buy games. Quick and easy to sort out lists and exchanges are normally very quick....
Excellent service. Don't know what I'd do without them. I get every game I want, delivered on release day. And now due to the points system I somehow qualify for a free month of service!!

I'm really sorry that you've had a delay from the posting of your game. Your game was received back on 29/10/16 and we despatched your next game the same day, hopefully you've received this now.
We always advise that games should be delivered in 1-3 days in line with Royal Mail's quoted times for 1st class delivery. However we do have to allow a full 7 days from posting before we can action the next steps.
Looking at your rental history I can see that your last 20 games have been despatched the same day as your last rental returning.
I'm sorry that you've had a recent delay but I can assure that this is rare.
A very fast and efficient service. I continue to be extremely satisfied with the catalogue of games and new releases which feature on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested...
