I'm really sorry that you've not received your choice of game for some time now.
I've sent you an email containing this info but have not had a response as of yet.
I've reviewed your account and can see that you are renting games on an older console. With older console games we may not have as many in circulation has compared with current gen games. This can mean the wait for older titles can appear higher next to newer and modern games.
We do have review wait times daily and give wait time colour indicators to customers to help them make decisions in how to arrange their lists.
Any time you are left waiting you will receive payback points which can be used for discounts, free rentals and even free rental months.
I've reviewed your points and you do have enough to receive a free rental month and your last game was despatched to you last week.
