Great sales - poor sales progression initially.
The staff at the office and sales team were excellent but overall the service was let down by poor sales progression at the start which thankfully was greatly improved.

I am really pleased to hear that my sales team did an excellent job for you, but obviously am saddened that you felt let down by the sales progression at the start of the sale. I appreciate that things were slow moving to begin with and that circumstances were not ideal for you. Thankfully things did indeed improve towards the end of the sales process, and you will now be able to enjoy the next chapter of your life in Devon.
