The renewal process was quick & easy online with no hassle. Great!

I have not made any warranty claims but the renewal process by phone was clear easy and quick.

a basic service but the details I then received being incorrect ie roadside assistance.

They are very efficient ,friendly and knowledgeable it was a pleasant experience in setting up the warranty package

Helpful staff who explained options well and where able to advise with respect to allowable modifications. System crashed during set up but rang me back straight away when back up again- great...

The cover seems very good and covers all of the main components that could very expensive to replace I hope I never need to find out
