Didn't speak to person ,alll on line. Straight forward and easy to set up. I do prefer to talk to people but on this occasion no issue.

I always renew my warranty, it just make good sense. Very easy to do online.

I did.it on line so I did not have direct contact. I think the cost is too high. They should seriously consider reducing the cost of premiums
