Just Simple and perfect

Average service. Took a long time to get through the line, hopefully they can improve on this. Sales team took nearly one month to get back to me with my renewal quote......

Terrible. I had a notification that I'd bought a warranty - I hadn't. I contacted them to advise of this and check that someone hadn't used my details fraudulently and never got a reply.

Quick and easy process, quite competitively priced.

Web site was easy to use and documents received as promised.

Everything was explained in detail and the Adviser was very helpful. The docements were emailed to me within an hour or so.

Dealt with quickly and efficiently, the only thing I would say was the excess was high at £500 for a courtesy car unless you paid daily for excess protection which is a bit of a negative.
