Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With regards to the order 3 tables were ordered on 8th December with an estimated delivery date of 15th December. The order was split by the courier into 2 deliveries but the order was fully delivered on 13th December which is early not late. Our policy is clear on returns that for change of mind the return is at the cost of the customer. We suggested options for the return but a more expensive option was chosen by the customer Regards
